Worry Stones & Pet Rocks
Remember the Pet Rocks and The Worry Stones that were so popular “back in the day” actually The Worry Stone was and still is a great product that a lot of people are still using today. I am constantly finding small rocks and stones that would be perfect to be used for these stress relief product, they usually find their way into my pocket but end up disappearing sooner or later. Maybe I should considering keeping all that I find – put them in a jar or something until I have a good amount and start marketing these wonderful little Worry Stones once again.
A thought to ponder.

I rely on the daily taking of 2 gel tabs of Aleve with breakfast each and every a.m. to help reduce the swelling and the pain that I have been dealing with all my life in my neck and knees, due to arthritis. I’ve tried so many different types of over the counter products and Aleve seems to provide me the most relief, I just wish they were not so expensive and they keep going up, just like everything else.
Even gas is starting to go up once again, a ten cent difference over night, doesn’t look good, I was wondering when that was going to happen. Maybe it is just because people are driving more due to the recent low prices and the demand is greater and so the prices go up, good grief what a pain all this is. I’m so totally sick and tired of it all and just want to get on with things and try and have a good holiday season with friends and family and hope for good things to come along with the New Year.

This weekend is all I have to get my shopping done. I don’t like to shop on a Saturday in December because of the crowds, but I have so much to do the rest of the week that I can’t get any shopping done. So today I’m heading out early and hope that I can get most of it done before lunch. If not, I will take a little break at a nice restaurant and head back out to finish up. If I’m lucky, I can get home before dark and start wrapping everything. So here I go!

Tonight all the classic holiday cartoons are on TV. I watched Frosty the Snowman for the umpteenth time. I love that cartoon though. Wouldn’t it be so cool to make a snowman and have it really come to life? It would be so awesome to create a life – especially so easily as rolling up some snow for a few minutes – not 9 months of misery.

Well technically it is two mornings after. The company Christmas party was Saturday night, and some of us partied pretty hard. We had lots of wine and beer throughout the evening, and after the dinner some of us went downtown to find a karaoke bar and party a little longer.
I don’t know about the rest of the crew, but I spent most of the day Sunday in bed nursing a huge hangover! It was a lot of fun and I didn’t mind paying the price with a headache for a day.
